All applications need to be printed out, completed, signed/dated and either mailed to HUMC Preschool Registration: 701 Bennett St., Herndon, VA 20170 or can be dropped in the secure locked box outside the preschool main door (back of church). ​

Application Fee: $100
Daily Program (9am-12:30pm):

Optional Lunch Bunch (12:30pm-2pm)
Annual Rate: $15 per session
Semi-Annual Rate: $16 per session
Monthly Rate: $18 per session
Weekly/Drop In Rate: $20 per session
The application fee must accompany the application to register. The one time Supply Fee is due September 1. Annual Tuition is divided into 9 equal payments. A tuition deposit is due May 1. All other tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month September through April.
